This Old Hudson

Around the turn of the century, Hudson was actually a whaling town. Our neighborhood was once home to a cast of seafaring characters. From the mouldings and mantels to the iron hardware and detailed doors, our studio features several architectural gems original to the building’s 1915 construction.

In order to transform the PROPERTY into a creative, multi-purpose space, Zio & Sons used the town as inspiration, blending elements of history, architecture, and era relevant design into one cohesive concept.

You’ll find yourself just minutes from Warren Street, Hudson’s vibrant main drag. On this street you’re sure to encounter charming antique shops, art galleries, and critically acclaimed eateries.
