This Old Hudson + Zio and Sons are seeking a remote freelance Special Projects Producer with strong writing abilities, graphic design, art-direction–driven, with a graphic design focused eye. This is a freelance, remote, contractor role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production consultant for special projects from concept to delivery.

• Building and updating Squarespace

• Strong communication skills, written, and follow up skills

• Support story-selling and brand messaging.

• Oversee content + production flow with cohesive visual direction.

• Build brand collateral and visual materials. 

• Graphic design tasks (Canva)

 Ideal Candidate:

• Strong writer and communicator.

• Design-forward, artful creative sensibility.

• Organized, proactive, and confident managing remote projects.

• Skilled with Squarespace + Canva.

Bonus Skills:

• Social Media knowledge

• Video editing experience (reels, short-form content).

•  Lightroom and Photoshop skills.

•  Background in real estate, interior design, or lifestyle content.

• Interest in AI tools and optimization

• User/Customers experience expert
