FOUNDER & ASSOCIATE REAL ESTATE BROKER

Anthony D’Argenzio is a designer, storyteller, and real estate advisor working at the intersection of real estate, hospitality, and design. As Founder of This Old Hudson and Zio and Sons, he has earned a national reputation for thoughtfully restoring historic properties and creating meaningful connections between people and place.

His work has been featured in leading publications including the New York Times, Architectural Digest, ELLE Decor, and House Beautiful, and he has collaborated with brands such as Anthropologie, Farrow & Ball, and Ralph Lauren Home.
